Hi, I'm Nathan, also known as Netanel. I've spent close to 20 years running businesses in the US, and I've done most of the jobs myself at one point or another: hiring, operations, answering customers, figuring out marketing on a budget.

These days I spend most of my time on one question: where does AI actually help a business, and where is it just noise? My answer usually comes down to the boring stuff. Getting back to a new lead fast, keeping the calendar straight, following up with customers so nobody slips through the cracks. That's where owners get real hours back, and you don't need a tech team to do it.

I try to keep it simple, skip the hype, and leave the judgment calls to people.
